- To take the test, complete the registration form and bring your ID.
- The exam may only be taken after completing the course.
- Candidates are required to present valid photo ID such as a passport, driving licence, or work related card (photo + full name) prior to the exam.
- Missed or failed exams will be subject to a re-booking fee of up to £60.
- The course does not include the CITB Health, Safety and Environment Test for Operatives or a CSCS card, which must be booked separately and is available on our website.
- Once your final exam is completed it may take up to 7-10 days for your certification to arrive from the awarding body. This is the industry standard for this course.
- The course and its final assessment can ONLY be completed in English.
- The course is non-transferable between candidates.

- When web cam and screen share access is requested and they must accept it. (this may also need to be enabled within their operating systems settings or browser settings first)

- When you are asked to provide your ID please photograph the front and back of the ID where possible.

- No other person in the room at any time. (If you need someone to help you set up the exam they must leave the room before clicking the share button when requested)
- No talking or reading questions out loud to yourself or voices in the background.
- Your entire face must be in clear view of the camera at all times, you cannot leave the camera at any point.
- No external devices can be used, this includes mobiles, tablets, TV, radios or other electronic devices.
- No headphones (if your microphone is part of your headphones please take them off and leave them on your desk)
- No other tabs open on the computer, (you cannot use a language translator).
- No written notes
- No Eating, Drinking
- No Smoking or Vaping.
Note: The Safari web browser does not currently support screen sharing. Please do not use it to take the exam. If you do, the exam will be failed and you will have to re-sit exam.
